Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Our Terms

Welcome to Engineering Advanced Solutions Group (EASG). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms govern our professional relationship and ensure a clear, fair, and successful project collaboration.

Our Framework for Collaboration

To ensure every project is a success, we operate on three core principles

Clarity in Quotation

All quotes provided by EASG are based on the initial information you provide and are valid for a specified period. Final pricing is subject to adjustments based on any changes to the approved design or scope.

Precision in Specification

The success of any custom project relies on accurate and complete specifications. We engineer and build to the exact details, drawings, and standards that you provide and formally approve.

Respect for Intellectual Property

We operate with the utmost integrity regarding intellectual property. Any proprietary designs, plans, or drawings you provide to us for the purpose of fabrication remain your exclusive property.

This document outlines the detailed terms of service governing the engagement between you (the "Client") and Engineering Advanced Solutions Group (EASG) (the "Company").

1. Use of Our Services & Website

Our website and consultation services are intended for professional, legitimate business use. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to submit any false or misleading information. The content on our website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of EASG and is protected by copyright laws.

2. Quotations, Orders, and Scope of Work

  • Quotations: All written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are estimates based on the information provided by the Client at the time of request.

  • Orders: A quotation is not a formal order. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order or a signed agreement from the Client.

  • Scope Creep: Any changes, additions, or modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work after an order is confirmed may result in adjustments to the project timeline and overall cost. All such changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Client IP: As stated above, your proprietary designs and trade secrets are and will remain your property. We will use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

  • EASG IP: Any processes, fabrication techniques, design improvements, or general design concepts developed by EASG during the course of a project, which are not part of the Client's original proprietary design, shall remain the intellectual property of EASG.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Payment terms will be specified in the formal quotation or project agreement. Standard terms often require an upfront deposit to cover material costs and secure a place in our production schedule, with the final balance due upon project completion and prior to shipment. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the invoice.

5. Limitation of Liability

EASG
is committed to delivering the highest quality of workmanship. Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of any product found to be defective in materials or workmanship as per the agreed-upon specifications. In no event shall EASG be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or costs incurred by the Client due to project delays or product failure. The total liability of EASG for any claim shall not exceed the total invoiced amount for the specific project in question.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all project details and client communications with strict confidentiality. EASG agrees not to disclose any sensitive information related to the Client's projects, designs, or business operations to any third party without the Client's express written consent, unless required by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
