SS21P8 is an electrochemical sensor capable of accurately detecting phosphine (PH₃) gas in the 0–5 ppm range. It provides a strong output of 1,000 ± 300 nA/ppm, fast response time (T90 < 20 sec), and high resolution below 0.1 ppm. With excellent repeatability (≤ ±5%) and low cross-sensitivity to gases such as CO, H₂, NH₃, and SO₂, it ensures reliable performance in complex environments. Operating between -20℃ and +50℃, the sensor has a typical lifespan of more than 24 months. Ideal for semiconductor processes and fixed or portable monitoring devices.
